Method 1. Allow the Nvidia Telemetry container to interact with desktop
This way is worth the struggle and we’ve given it first as many users have solved Error Code 0x0003 in Nvidia Experience. Here are the steps to allow the Nvidia Telemetry container to interact with desktop:
1. Press Windows Key + R then type services.msc in the Run dialog box. Click OK.
2. Inside the Services window, scroll down through the list of services and search for Nividia Telemetry Container. Once you see it, right-click on it to select Properties.
3. Inside the Properties screen of Nvidia Telemetry Container, go to the Log On tab and make sure Allow service to interact with desktop is ticked. If it’s not ticked, select it. Also, make sure NVIDIA Telemetry Container is running. Click Apply > OK to save changs.
4. After that, return to the previous window with the list of services and find the following services, right-click on each of them and select Start to ensure that all of them are running:
- Nvidia Display Service
- Nvidia Local System Container
- Nvidia Network Service Container
