Method 1. Reset Network Settings
The ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE error might be appearing because of improper network or DNS settings on your computer. Thus, you should reset or flush these settings.
Step 1. Click Start menu and type “cmd“. Then Right click on Command Prompt in the result and click Run as administrator.
