NetCut is an application tool developed by Arcai.com that lets you quickly detect all network user in WIFI, even when your phone has no valid IP address or not been granted use WIFI Internet, as long as you connected to any WIFI. Step 2. Once you have installed Bluestacks, run it and then add your Google account in it.
Step 3. Go to Google Play Store and search for NetCut. You will see the search result for NetCut for PC, then click on Install button to setup it.
