FIX 1. General Suggestions

3. Select Playing Audio and then click on Run the troubleshooter. Then follow the screen instructions.

FIX 3. Reset/Rollback/Update your audio device

2. In the Device Manager window, expand Audio inputs and outputs, right-click your audio device.

3c. For updating the driver:
– Select Update driver.
– Select on Search automatically for updated driver software.
– Wait for the process to complete.

FIX 4. Change the sound format
