How To Fix Error Code 610 in Roblox
Method 1. The Servers May Be Down
The main reason that causes you to see the Roblox Error Code 610 is a problem connecting to a Roblox server. So the first step you need to perform is to check to see if the Roblox service is down or undergoing maintenance. To do that, visit one of the following down detector services and check if other players are having problems with the servers
In the case that you find that the source of the issue is a server problem, wait a few hours before trying to open a Roblox game again. If you’re still seeing the 610 error code, move down to the next solution below.
Method 2. Try To Sign In From The Windows Client
If you have been attempting to play Roblox game using the web version, then you can try downloading the Roblox client and playing that method. Unfortunately, this solution is only possible on Windows 10, since it’s the only OS includes a Roblox app that will install on your computer.

1. Try this source and click the Get button to download Roblox on your computer.
2. Once the download has been completed, click on Play to launch the desktop version of the game.
3. After that, sign up with your user credentials to log in.
4. Navigate to the Game tab and then launch any mode to see if the problem has been resolved.
Method 3. Refresh DNS Configuration
The final method is to flush any saved DNS addresses that might be interfering with your connection. Upon doing this and then restarting the web browser, the Roblox Error Code 610 was no longer appearing.
1. Open a Command Prompt with administrator privilege. You can search for “cmd“, right-click on the result, and click “Run as administrator“.
2. Inside the elevated Command Prompt, type/paste the following command and press Enter key to remove any saved DNS addresses and refresh the Internet connection:
ipconfig /flushdns
3. Once the connection has been restored, close Command Prompt and then restart your web browser.
Now you can launch Roblox again and check if the issue has been resolved.
