Step 2. In the Powershell window, copy and paste the command below and press Enter.
Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers Microsoft.Windows.Cortana | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
Step 3. When finished, you can close the PowerShell window and then restart your computer.
