Method 1. Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 redistributable patch
The problem may appear if the system has a version of the Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 edition installed. In this case, you need to download and install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 redistributable patch on your computer. To do that, follow these steps below:
Step 1. Click Start menu and type “Control Panel” in the search box. Then select Control Panel from the results.
Step 2. In the Control Panel window opens, select Programs and Features. Find and uninstall Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 from the list of installed programs.
Step 3. Then, download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 redistributable patch.
Step 4. Restart your computer to take effect.
If the problem still persists, go to method 2.
Method 2. Reinstall AMD drivers in Safe Mode
If you get the message “No AMD Graphics driver is installed“, you can try uninstalling then reinstalling your AMD driver.
Step 1. First of all, start your computer in Safe Mode in Windows 10.
Step 2. Disable your firewall and anti-virus on your system.
Step 3. Uninstall your AMD Driver using DDU utility.
Step 4. Delete all contents of the C:/AMD folder of all previous drivers
Step 5. Go to this page to download and save the correct AMD graphics driver for your AMD graphics hardware.
