Method 1. Enable Adobe Flash

First of all, if you do not have Adobe Flash Player installed on your system at all, click this link to download the latest version of Flash Player. Once installed, follow the steps below to enable Flash Player in your Chrome browser.

Step 1. Open your Chrome browser.
Step 2. In the address bar at the top, type in chrome://settings/content/flash and press Enter.
Step 3. Make sure Adobe Flash content is loaded.
