Method 1. Run SFC/Scannow
The “Device not migrated” bug might be happening because of the corrupted or damaged system files. So, you should run the built-in System File Checker before trying anything else.
Step 1. Open an administrative Command Prompt. Click Start, type “command” then right-click “Command Prompt” from the top and click Run as administrator.
Step 2. In the Command Prompt window, type sfc /scannow and press Enter.
Step 3. Wait until verification 100% complete and reboot the machine.
After restarting your computer, check to see if you could use the not migrated device before.
Method 2. Reinstall the device driver
You might experience the “Device not migrated” error if the device isn’t compatible with Windows 10. In this case, you need to reinstall the driver for your not migrated device.
Step 1. Press Windows Key + R then put devmgmt.msc in the Run dialog box. Click OK to open Device Manager.
