What if I Can’t Download a Video Despite Having Access to It?

Do the following on both a PC and a Mac to be sure cookies aren’t the problem:

3. If you’re still having trouble downloading your movie, go back to Cookie Settings and select “Sites that can never use cookies.”

4. Make sure there are no entries for “google.com,” “drive.google.com,” or “googleusercontent.com.”

5. Click the “Menu” icon, then “Remove” if you see one of the above entries.

If these instructions don’t work, you might have a problem with the extensions in your browser:

1. Deactivate all of your extensions and try downloading the movie again.

2. If the download was successful, try reactivating one of the extensions and downloading the movie.

3. Repeat the process if the second download is successful. You might eventually locate an addon that disables the download.
