How To Fix “Can’t Sign In With A Microsoft Account, This Program Is Blocked By Group Policy” In Windows 10
Step 1. Press Windows Key + R then put regedit in Run dialog box to open Registry Editor. Click OK.
Step 2. In the left pane of Registry Editor window, go to following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
Step 3. Then, in the right pane of System registry key, look for NoConnectedUser named registry DWORD (REG_DWORD).
Step 4. Double click on this registry DWORD to modify its value data. Set the Value data to 0 and click OK.
Step 5. You can close Registry Editor and restart your computer to save changes.
After restarting, you must be able to sign-in or add with a Microsoft account in apps/Windows 10.
