In this tutorial, learn how to fix “Error code: 0x80070035 The network path was not found” on Windows 10 while trying to access the Network Access Storage.
Let me explain What is Network Attached Storage (NAS)?
Network-attached storage (NAS) is a storage device connected to a network that allows you to share the data and access data files across machines in a localized environment. NAS uses file sharing specific protocols for this main purpose. Thus using this function, you just connect your Windows 10 using WORKGROUP or HomeGroup. This will allow your computer to share data and access data files on each other’s computer. However, you could run into problems and see the message saying that:
Windows cannot access \\ <the share>
Check the spelling of the name. Otherwise, there might be a problem with your network. To try to identify and resolve network problems, click Diagnose.
