How To Fix “This site cannot be reached ERR_QUIC_PROTOCOL_ERROR” in Google Chrome
In order to fix this error, you can disable QUIC in Chrome by disabling the enable-quic setting.
Step 1. Open a new tab in Chrome browser.
Step 2. Enter chrome://flags/ into the address bar.
Step 3. Then, find Experimental QUIC protocol.
Step 4. Next, you use the drop-down menu and select Disable.
Step 5. You can now restart Chrome browser.
